1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and funbet ("funbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the funbet website located at https://funbet.bid and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by funbet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at funbet's sole discretion after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the funbet Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active funbet account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

funbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at funbet's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 2–6 hours on business days.
• Verification Requirement: funbet reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• Currency: All transactions on the funbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your funbet account. These limits may be adjusted at funbet's discretion.
• Source of Funds: funbet reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a legitimate funbet transaction is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

funbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. funbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the funbet Platform operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• funbet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, funbet will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• funbet reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the funbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing funbet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the funbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of funbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the funbet Platform without prior written consent from funbet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, funbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

funbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your funbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

funbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

funbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
